COVID-19 Protocol

• Wear mask correctly when entering and the entire time you are in the space.
• Place anything you have brought for me in clear view on a table where I can see it. Cards inside envelopes, etc should be removed from the envelope. I will be sanitizing it with Lysol before handling.
• Immediately go to the shower and rinse off. Place all clothing and personal items in the storage bin in bathroom and leave them there. (The bin is sanitized with Lysol before and after your arrival.)
• Keep the mask over nose and mouth securely to prevent respiratory droplets from traveling and possibly transmission. I will do the same. Good health matters.
• Shower, dry off and get dressed. Mask may be removed in the bathroom when you are alone.
• You can give me a hug if your mask stays on correctly. Touch is not going to kill us but breathing unfiltered air just might.
• Go have a much improved day or week and get yourself on my mailing list so you get updates and announcements for future openings.

Is the whole mask thing kinda silly to you?

If you are one of those people who wears the mask under your nose or chin as a “compromise” because you “have to” wear a mask, do not make the appointment. If you breathe through it, you must cover it to protect both our health.

I can promise you that you will either have your appointment cancelled or you will get an incredibly bad massage if you aren’t willing to honor the simple rules of the office designed to protect both of us. Why go through all that when there are plenty of providers who probably feel the same way you do about masks and won’t be as strict about it. Go see them instead and let’s both live our best life.

Life is too short for bad experiences.
