For video work (VW) and Art Commission/Delivery (ACD)

• I will not arrive at any location without necessary screening and identification from you to ensure the minimum necessary for my safety. Please follow all directions specific to your request to confirm and hold your scheduled time.
• Everyone’s ID must match the information provided to me when requesting this work.
• (VW) If there is more than one of you, I want to see everyone’s ID before we will proceed.
• If the ID presented is hard to read, have a second form of ID available to confirm the identity of the person.
• (VW) If you do not want video editing, I will hand over your SD card with all the data after payment for the shoot.
• (VW) If you would like video editing, I will use the card for the footage and save the edited products on to the same SD card so that you have all the copies. I will not keep any of it.
• (VW) Once you have ownership of your images, I no longer have any contact with your files except a fully clothed, digital or visual signature image of you and date of shooting to confirming that you are over 21 for my records. No other information about the type of work being produced for you will be included or kept in my files. It will simply be filed as “Private Use Video/Photo Service” clients.
• (ACD) If you are unable to receive/hold your art purchase during your commission consultation, please let me know so that alternate arrangements can be made for shipment of your art. Additional fees for shipping may apply.
• (ACD) If I do not receive a shipping address for your art within 48 hours, you are agreeing to return it to the gallery for public sale.
